I will be forever grateful to the colleague who recommended Denice Nagel, who is an exemplary real estate professional. I would say that Denice worked magic for me, but it wasn’t magic – it was her experience and expertise, the relationships she has cultivated, the time and energy she devotes, and the level of commitment, consideration, and caring she has for her clients. In the stressful world of California real estate, Denice was a staunch ally ready to use all her experience and resources. When the mortgage companies associated with my relocation team clearly didn’t understand the California home buying process, Denice had the absolutely perfect referral for my situation; when I needed a notary ASAP to re-do relocation paperwork, she made a quick call and I had a connection; and when there was something “off” with the paperwork for a previous renovation at what became my new home, not only did she accompany me to the City Building Division, she later called the inspector of record and was able to have the issue corrected immediately. Denice used her experience to coach me through the offer process, recognizing that while I needed to understand how the sellers would view my offer, I also needed to be comfortable with my offer, and, with offer in hand, she went to work again, presenting the offer in person, highlighting its strengths and the strengths of its foundation, and to this, I attribute being able to enjoy my lovely new home. Feeling this way about my new house is not by luck or accident; it is the culmination of the time Denice spent getting to know me, becoming acquainted with needs and desires, likes and dislikes, conventionalities and quirks – and I knew exactly how deeply she’d listened when she showed up on moving day with the “obligatory” lemon tree that was missing from the yard.

My husband and I have had the privilege to work with Denice on both the buyer and seller's side. We had the unheard of success to have our first offer on a single family home in a competitive  market be accepted over multiple bids. "We are so fortunate to find Denice Nagel as our real estate advisor. She helped us on every aspect of the sale of our family property. We live out of the area and Denice managed to coordinate every single aspect of getting our home ready to sell. This was a hard process for us, since this home has  been in our family since the 1950’s. Denice was respectful and professional about every single thing we needed to do.
